DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS, PROVISION OF DATA AND RETENTION<\/p><p>MAG ENGINEERING SRL processes only the data necessary for the purposes described below.<\/p><p>a. Failure to provide such data may prevent the preparation of a quotation, the conclusion of a contract or the provision of a service.<\/p><p>The data are processed for the duration of the relationship and subsequently retained for the period necessary to comply with regulatory obligations and protect the Data Controller\u2019s rights, in any event for no longer than ten years from the end of the relationship, unless a different period is required by law or necessary in the event of a dispute.<\/p><p>d. Compliance with legal obligations<\/p><p>Identification, administrative, tax and contact data may be processed and disclosed to the competent authorities to comply with administrative, accounting, tax and legal obligations connected with the activities of the Data Controller.<\/p><p>The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.<\/p><p>The provision of data is mandatory where required by law. The data are retained for the periods established by applicable legislation and, as a general rule, for no longer than ten years, unless legal obligations or protection requirements call for a different period.<\/p><p>e. Information concerning applications<\/p><p>The \u201cMAG Apps\u201d section presents applications and provides a contact address for requests, assistance and reports.<\/p><p>Any processing carried out within an individual application is not governed by this Privacy Policy.
